Heat oil in a pan and saute ginger,garlic cloves,green chillies,onions and tomatoes well.
Add chicken masala and turmeric powder to the mix.
Now add the cleansed liver pieces,stir gently and add some water.
Cook under the lid for about 30 minutes.After that add 2 tsp pepper powder and stir well.Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Add fenugreek powder and 1 tsp cumin powder and saute.
Continue to saute until the water drains and oil become clear,now transfer this to another pan.
Add the left over crushed pepper corns,cumin powder and currleaves, Make this to an fry.
Chicken Liver is ready to serve
